PURPOSE:To reduce a decrease in an output by forming both the first insulating layer of an ion generator and a screen electrode of a material capable of absorbing deviation based on the thermal expansions of the layer and the electrode, and allowing the generator and the electrode from adhering fixedly with adhering means having elasticity. CONSTITUTION:The materials of a first insulating layer 15 and a screen elec trode 22 and whole lengths L, L2X of an effective recording part at the time of manufacture are suitably selected to absorb the positional deviation of an ion discharger based on the thermal expansions due to temperature difference at the times of manufacture and use of a head, and to set it to 1/2 or less of image recording/reproducing pitch. The second insulating layer 18 of an ion generator 10 so adheres to the electrode 22 with an adhesive tape 30 or synthetic resin, silicone or vinyl acetate adhesive having relatively high elasticity as to absorb the deviation of the first layer 15 of the generator 10 and the electrode 22 due to thermal expansions. Accordingly, it can prevent a decrease in the output from decreasing, the density of a recorded image from decreasing and an irregularity, blur from occurring. |
