PURPOSE:To improve color reproducibility and bleaching rate by incorporating a silver halide emulsion the particle inside or surface of which is fogged into at last one layer of hydrophilic colloidal layers and incorporating at least one kind of specific compds. therein. CONSTITUTION:This photographic sensitive material is formed by incorporating the silver halide emulsion the particle inside or surface of which is fogged into at least one layer of the photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer positioned furthest from a base and the hydrophilic colloidal layer positioned between this layer and the base. At least one kind of the compd. which release a bleaching accelerator by reacting with the oxidant of an arom. primary amine color developing agent is incorporated into at least one layer of the hydrophilic colloidal layers. Further, the swelling rate in distilled water is so determined as to attain >=1.2. The swelling rate refers to the value obtd. after the thickness of the film swellable in distilled water of room temp. is divided by the thickness of the dry film. The silver halide color photographic sensitive material which has excellent color reproducibility and has the bleaching rate of the level sufficient for practicable use is obtd. in this way. |
