PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of elongation or warp of a bottom force by engaging the bottom force with an electrode plate provided under the bottom force, by means of a corrugated groove. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated groove 21 is provided in the lower part of a bottom force 2, while a projecting engagement element 15 fitting in the groove 21 is provided on the upper side of an electrode plate 1 which is set under the bottom force 2. On the occasion of executing plastic molding, first the bottom force 2 is set on the electrode plate 1, the projecting engagement element 15 of the electrode plate 1 is fitted in the groove 21 of the bottom force 2, and the projecting engagement element 15 is fixed on the base plate of the electrode plate by bolts 17. Next, foaming resin is put in a cavity 4 of the bottom force 2 and a top force 3 is put on the bottom force 2. Pressure and heat are applied, then cooled, and thereby a molded article is obtained. Since the elongation or contraction of the bottom force 2 in the longitudinal direction thereof is prevented completely during the molding, molded articles of the same length can be obtained in each of all molding batches. |
