PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a stain on the title material by incorporating a specified ratio of a thiosulfuric acid compd. in a processing solution which has fixing ability and is capable of processing the sensitive material with a cross-over time of <=10sec after color-developing the sensitive material, and then processing the obtd. sensitive material with a bleaching solution. CONSTITUTION:The thiosulfuric acid compd. is incorporated in the processing solution in an amount of >=1mol/l of the processing solution, and said solution has the fixing ability and is capable of processing the sensitive material with the cross-over time of <=10sec, after color-developing the sensitive material, and then processing the obtd. sensitive material with the bleaching solution. The thiosulfuric acid compd. is preferably composed of an ammonium salt in the fixing speed and the solubility of the compd., and the compounding amount of the compd., is preferably 1.1-1.5mol/l of the processing solution. As mentioned above, the concentration of the thiosulfuric acid compd. of a fixing agent is thickened than that used usually. Thus, even if the cross-over time is reduced, the generation of a white stain on the surface of the sensitive material after processing, is prevented. |
