PURPOSE:To expect a normal inverter operation by selecting a breakdown voltage of a zener diode or a forward rising voltage of a Schottky diode or the like so as to suppress the potential rise of a constant current source caused due to turn-on/turn-off inversion of the differential inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A threshold value voltage circuit 32 being the series connection if a forward Schottky barrier diode SD and a constant current FET I0 is provided in parallel with a constant current source 31. The constant current source 31 and the threshold voltage circuit 32 constitute a nonlinear resistance section 30. The voltage-current characteristic curve of the nonlinear resistance section 30 shows a constant voltage characteristic curve from the vicinity of a diode forward voltage Vf, is close to the constant voltage source characteristic so as to suppress undesired potential rise of a common source 53 of a lower differential section 20. |
