PURPOSE:To give a wheel itself adsorption force and prevent a slip and derailment by melting and casting an alloy which makes base constituents of a rare earth element, a transition metal and boron, covering it by a softmagnetic substance, performing hot working and heat treatment and using a produced rare earth permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet type adsorption wheel 101 engaged and fixed with a power transmission axle shaft 205 is made by melting and cast an alloy which makes base constituents of a rare earth element (however, containing yttrium), a transition metal and boron. The ingot is covered by a soft magnetic substance, hot working is performed at 500 deg.C or higher and thereafter a magnet heat-treated at 500 deg.C or higher to produce is made of one radially magnetized inside and outside as a yoke for increasing attraction force by the soft magnetic substance which covers the casting ingot. A rail 207 and the wheel 101 is strongly attracted each other and the wheel is rotated smoothly even if multipolar magnetization such as in alternate north and south poles is performed from the periphery of the wheel 101 which comes in contact with the rail 207 composed of a soft magnetic material as iron is made a base. A travel track having the difference between the upper and the lower rails, for example, from a floor to a ceiling is enabled. |
