PURPOSE:To reduce the development processing time of the title material by specifying a cross-over time between a color developing bath and a following processing bath. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of the color developing bath is specified to >=39 deg.C, and the cross-over time between the color developing bath and the following processing bath (namely between the color developing bath and the bath having bleaching ability) is specified to <=10sec. Even in case that a color developer having a high temp. of >=39 deg.C is used in the title method, the cross-over time is specified to <=10sec, preferably <=5sec, thereby being suppressed substantially an air fogging. Thus, as the air fogging is reduced, increasing the activity of the color developer by raising the temp. of the color developer, the time required for the color development processing is reduced. |
