PURPOSE:To facilitate peeling by floating the end part of a base film by pressing in the case of peeling off, the base film which protects the surface of a photoresist film adhered on a printing substrate from the resist film, blowing air in the space and bringing upward the whole film. CONSTITUTION:In the case of peeling off only the film 82 from the substrate 80 adhered with the photoresist film 81 whose surface is protected by the base film 82, the substrate 80 is carried on a transferring path 10, and when it abuts against a stopper means 20, the substrate 80 is stopped and shifted vertically upward within the transferring path 10, the end part of the substrate 80 is depressed by a pressing means 30 and the partly peeled condition is generated there. Then, wind is blown to the partly peeled part of the end from a means 40 by using the wind blowing means 40, guide means 50 and a guide plate 52, and only the film 82 is compulsorily floated. Thus, the unnecessary base film 82 is easily removed. |
