Pure dimethyl ether is obtained by passing the dehydration product from a dimethyl ether synthesis reactor into a distillation column in order to obtain pure dimethyl ether on specific trays of this column and removing the pure dimethyl ether and a fraction which contains impurities on specific trays of the same column, it being possible to use, in addition to the dehydration product, a scrubbing liquid and bases. |
