<p>PURPOSE:To grasp the stored state of general information and the frequency of using the general information and to effectively store the information by accumulating the stored quantity of the general information by an accumulating means whenever the general information is written to a storing means and making a display speed variable based on the accumulated stored quantity. CONSTITUTION:In the first mode, an accumulating means 104 accumulates the stored quantity of the general information whenever the general information is written to a storing means 102. Before reading the general information, the accumulated result of the accumulating means 104 is read according to a reading instruction instructed by a reading output means, and an output means reads and outputs all the reading of the general information. Consequently, information quantity stored in an IC card 100 can be grasped. Further, in the second mode, a display control means 107 makes the display speed variable based on the accumulated result about the stored quantity of the general information of the IC card 100 from a second reading means 105. As the result, even when the information quantity of the IC card 100 is large, the stored contents of the IC card 100 can be promptly recognized.</p> |
