The invention relates to a novel arrangement of very simple elements - for example two taps - making it possible, with a single progressive/degressive control to adjust the temperature of the mixture of hot water and cold water obtained at the outlet and to regain this same temperature from one time to the next. This mixer includes an outlet 1 with a progressive/degressive control of the flow rate 2, connected to this outlet are: directly, the hot water inlet 3 and, controlled by a progressive/degressive control 4, the cold water inlet 5. This arrangement makes it possible, when 2 is fully open, to obtain the maximum of hot water which the water/bath heater can produce, the decrease in temperature being caused by the addition of cold water. <IMAGE>
