PURPOSE:To receive plenty of data up to the limit of the storing capacity of a transmission line, and to realize data processing free from the delay time of arbitration control by performing such arbitration as moderates the arriving order of packet data and the detention of the packet data. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed that the packet data 2 is inputted later than the packet data 1. When the head word of the packet data arrives at the data transmission line 10, a transmission signal C10 is transmitted to the data transmission line 30, and a word number counting part 800 counts the number of the data to pass through the data transmission line 20, and generates the pulse of a packet unit, and transmits it to an arbitration control part 80. The control part 80 inhibits the data transmission line 60 from transmitting the data to the transmission line 100. The data 2 is suspended tor a moment at the transmission line 60, but after the data 1 passes through the transmission line 30, the transmission from the transmission line 60 to the transmission line 100 is permitted. Thus, in a case that the packet data are transmitted from plural parallel transmission lines, the data can be arbitrated without the delay time, and the data can be transmitted successively according to the counting of the word, number counting part. |
