PURPOSE:To improve rapid processability by specifying the contents of the hydroquinone and pyrazolidone compds. and sulfurous acid ons of a developing soln. and the mineral acid of a liquid fixer. CONSTITUTION:The content of the hydroquinone compd. of the developing soln. is 0.14-0.37mol/l, the content of the pyrazolidone compd. 3X10<-3>mol/l, the content of the sulfurous acid ions 0.20-0.06mol/l, and the pH 9.80-10.60. The content of the mineral acid of the liquid fixer is 0.036-0.06mol/l. Processing is executed by a roller transport type automatic developing machine under the conditions corresponding to l<0.75>XT=50-124., 0.7<l<4.0, where (l) is the length (unit: mm) from the center of a 1st roller 1 in the insertion port of the roller transport type automatic developing machine to the center of the final roller 2 in the drying outlet and T is the time (unit: sec) used for passage at (l). The change in sensitivity and fogging is suppressed in this way in spite of the rapid processing and the rapid processing is possible. |
