PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion scratches from being generated and prevent the turbulence of a wound shape by giving a vertical inclination to outer pins restricting the coil outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:When the winding of a coil is to be started, an upper disk 3 is lifted near the upper end of drum pins 7 as shown in the figure (a), the coil is started to be wound while a disk lifting rotary shaft is rotated. When the wound wire is stacked on the upper disk 3, the rotary shaft is rotated and lowered by its height together with the upper disk 3. In this case, the outer drum pins 7 are inclined by an angle alpha in a downwardly expanded state. When the winding is completed, the rotary shaft 5 is stopped rotating and is raised as shown in the figure (c). At this time, the drum pins 7 are set in an upwardly expanded state, and after the upper disk 3 is raised near the upper end, the coil is carried out by a hook 24 as shown in the figure (d). Accordingly, abrasion scratches the turbulence of the wound shape due to the pressure contact with the drum pins 7 can be prevented by setting the outer drum pins 7 in a downwardly expanded state when the coil is lowered and in an upwardly expanded state when the coil is raised. |
