<p>PURPOSE:To move a cursor back to the state before its movement instantaneously and accurately by providing means for storing the quantities of movement in an X-coordinate and a Y-coordinate direction from the start of the movement of a cursor pointing device to the stop. CONSTITUTION:The quantities of movement in the X-coordinate and Y- coordinate directions from the movement start of the cursor position device to the stop which are stored in the X-coordinate storage means 500 and Y- coordinate storage means 600 are supplied exclusively at optional timing to an X-coordinate counting means 300 and a Y-coordinate counting means 400 through an X-coordinate selector 100 and a Y-coordinate selector 200. The state of the pointing device before the movement is grasped even by a control circuit 700. Consequently, the movement position of the cursor is returned to the state before the movement instantaneously and accurately.</p> |
