PURPOSE:To improve productive efficiency while reducing cost by transferring the etch-pit of crystal silicon onto the surface and forming a metallic substrate for a solar cell. CONSTITUTION:The etch-pit of crystal silicon is transferred onto the surface of a metallic substrate 1 for a solar cell. The pattern of the etch-pit is transferred onto the surface of the substrate 1 by embossing by using an original plate 2 having the irregularities of the etch-pit or setting onto a roll. Accordingly, productive efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced. |
