<p>Torque or moment limiting system for hoisting devices such as, in particular, movable cranes, auxiliary cranes, platforms or derivatives, characterised in that it comprises: - means ensuring the reading of the various parameters ( alpha 1, alpha 2, alpha 3, C1, Q1) which make it possible to calculate the torque or the moment exerted at any instant on the turret of the hoisting device by a given load condition ; - an electronic calculator ensuring the integration of the values collected by the said measuring and reading means and making it possible to calculate the torque or the moment by delivering a "O" or "1" binary information item indicating whether the load falls within the scale defined by the constructor or is outside of this scale, and - a hydraulic system (A, D, L) receiving the information item delivered by the said calculator and acting on the control means of the hoisting device so as to slow down, or if necessary block any movement liable to increase the load condition when the information item delivered is "1". <IMAGE></p> |
