System for coating pellets coming from the die of the pelleting press with grease, in the animal feed industry, using injection of air and steam. The system sprays the grease in the form of an invariable cone from the grease flow. The system sprays the grease very finely, and the steam increases the temperature of the grease, which permits uniform coating and the absorption of the grease by the pellets without soiling the machine to any great degree. <IMAGE>
