<p>The stationary rotor (3) is connected firmly by at least one brace (23) to the parabolic mirror (11). A wave conductor (11) transmits via a window (20) signals picked up by the mirror to the microwave head. A movable rotor (1) has an external cylindrical surface (2) working rotatably in conjunction with an inner cylindrical surface (4) in the stationary rotor. The wave conductor (10) is formed as a part of the first rotor, its inner surface (12) being coaxial with the internal cylindrical surface. The window is fitted in a polarisation adjustment component (15) which is joined to the end surface, without a gap, of the movable rotor turned from the wave conductor towards the parabolic mirror. The wave conductor includes a cylindrical tube screwed into the first rotor. The first rotor has a finely machined plain bottom surface (13) located against a like surface (14) on the plate-shaped polarisation adjustment component.
