Machine for randomly drawing balls of the type in which the balls are agitated by means of an air current, characterised in that the balls 1 are placed in a receptacle 2 consisting of a hollow and transparent sphere into which air is sent via a plurality of orifices. The air is sent into the sphere via an annular space 5 situated in the lower part of the said sphere, the jets which penetrate into the latter being oriented by flaps 4 arranged in the said annular space, at its upper part, and capable of partially or totally blocking it. The annular space 5 is delimited by a fixed outer tubular envelope 7 and by a central tube 8, which is axially movable, in which a very low pressure can be created at will. <IMAGE>
