PURPOSE:To automate the process from punching up to assembling of the iron core by a method wherein a hoop material as a whole is annealed leaving the iron cores whose almost all the parts are cut from the hoop material as they are on the hoop material. CONSTITUTION:At the primary shearing process time, the shearing process is performed so as to make the iron core 2 to be held by the hoop material 1 at the continuing parts 3 of the plural places, and the iron core 2 is held surely by the hoop material 1 even making length of the continuing parts 4 to the minimum. Namely, when the E- type iron core 2 is to be formed, the iron core 2 is held at the continuing parts 4-1, 4-2, 4-3 of the three places as shown in the figure. The iron cores 2 of the plural number are formed in the hoop material 1 according to the primary shearing process, and after then, the hoop material 1 is sent to the annealing process holding the iron cores 2 as they are, and distortion generated at the primary shearing process time is removed to recover magnetic performance. After annealing is completed, the continuing parts 4 are cut to take out the iron cores 2 from the hoop material 1, and the iron cores 2 are sent to the assembling process. At the secondary shearing process thereof, because the shearing places are short, almost no deterioration of magnetic performance is generated. |
