PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of a fluorescent material or black powdery material in the latter process with a pattern in the preceding process and promptly form a fluorescent screen, by contacting a blocking agent of fine particles smaller than particles of the fluorescent material to a pattern having adhesiveness after or when the fluorescent material is applied on the pattern having adhesiveness. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive composite (photoadhesive agent) contained with 4-dimethyl amino-benzen diarsenium chloride zinc chloride double salt is applied to a glass panel to provide adhesiveness in a position, to which a luminous fluorescent material of blue color is applied, and apply the fluorescent material ZnS:Ag, Cl of blue color surface treated by colloidal silica by irradiation of light through a shadow mask. Then surplus amount of ZnS:Ag, Cl is removed by an air spray to treat a fluorescent screen with fine powder AlPO4, and then a surplus amount of blocking agent is removed by the air spray. Inorganic and organic materials are provided as the blocking agent, in which average grain size is 0.1-3mu preferably 0.1-1mu. |
