This invention concerns a distillation unit comprising a shell (1), a fan (2), the pre-heat exchangers (7) and (8) and an evaporator condenser (25) formed by the pairs of membranes (13). One pair of membranes (13) can be removed from the evaporator condenser (25) at a time and replaced with a new one.
