This is an assembly implementing an elastic component 20 provided with tabs 21 passing axially overall through the diaphragm 11. According to the invention, since the elastic component 20 is a Belleville washer arranged on the diaphragm side 11 opposite the interaction component 12, it is subjected, for producing the desired assembly, to an axial crushing thrust exerted along one of its peripheries, wherefrom its tabs 21 originate, whilst, via the other of its peripheries, it bears against the diaphragm 11 until the geometric configuration assumed by these tabs 21 due to the said crushing is sufficient for these tabs 21 to be able to engage over retaining hooks 24 butted up against it by the said diaphragm 11 when the said thrust is released.
