An apparatus (10) for determining the weight of loads (11) which, in the case of a tractor (13) with an electrohydraulic lifting-unit regulating device (14), are suspended on its regulating linkage (12) is proposed. To prevent influences which disturb the weight determination, there is formed a measuring position (43) which can be controlled via the position regulation and in which, as a result of small changes in position of the load (11) with reversal of movement, it is possible to determine low-hysteresis measured values, in which, at the same time, the influences of the distance of the load (11) from the centre of gravity and of the different positions of the lifting unit (12) are eliminated. The weighing device (10) integrated into the electrohydraulic lifting-unit regulating device (14) has an operating part (31), an indicator unit (32) and a data store (33), so that instantaneous measurements of filling material in the mounted appliance serving as a suspended load (11) are also possible. <IMAGE>
