A waveguide twist composed of waveguide sections (1 to 5) which are connected to one another via levers (10) such that they can rotate about their longitudinal axis is advantageously designed from the production-engineering viewpoint such that each lever is constructed as an integral component with ends (10.1) in the form of discs, and the circumferential surfaces (10.2) of the lever ends are rounded in the thickness direction. <IMAGE>
