Oven-roof ventilation

The application describes a method for the ventilation and air-conditioning of a coking-plant hall, whereby fresh air is blown into the hall above the oven roof via corresponding nozzles, in order to effect the appropriate heat removal. The removal of these quantities of air takes place, on the one hand, via the thermal current of the ascending-pipe chimneys mounted above the ascending pipes and is additionally controlled via roof ventilators. As a result, gases which occur are removed from the hall and at the same time the workplaces are air-conditioned.
