<p>A non-heated hair waving device for producing perm-like curls and waves in the hair. The device has a U-shaped curler (10) with outwardly flared ends (14) around which the hair is woven in a figure eight pattern. A unique end clip (16) is slid onto the ends (14) of the U-shaped curler (10) and folded over the ends of the hair and locked to hold the hair firmly in place.</p> |
