By means of two round, identical cylinder blocks with pistons which are turned by toothing, the invention, with the aid of a lever with roller and a specially designed piston with two extensions and a plate, on which the lever presses with the roller, permits an eccentric action, which is produced by rotation of the two cylinder blocks and can be utilised for a progressive power transmission by extension of the lever action.
