<p>A damper disc is provided with an output member (3), a pair of input members (5) on both sides of the output member, intermediate members (6) between the input members and output member, and spring means (20) connecting the output member and input members together. Each of the input members (5) is provided with a first edge portion (41) and spring retaining portions (46) which are engaged with the first end portion (43) of the relative spring means (20), and a second edge portion (42) engaged with the second end portion (44) of the same spring means (20). Each of the intermediate members (6) is provided with a first edge portion (51) engaged with the first end portion (43) of the relative spring means (20), a second edge portion (52) and spring retaining portions (55) which are engaged with the second end portion (44) of the same spring means (20), a driving pin (65) adapted to be engaged with the output member (3) when the input members (5) are turned in the driving direction, and a projecting portion (53) adapted to be engaged with the input member (5) when the input members (5) are turned in the anti-driving direction. The output member (3) is provided with a first edge portion (62) engaged with the first end portion (43) of the relative spring means (20), a second edge portion (63) engaged with the second end portion (44) of the same spring means (20), and a recess (64) engaged with the relative driving pin (65) in the intermediate members (6).
