PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation in unwinding tension by reducing the number of winding in a package located in the upper position from that of a package located in the lower position and reducing the diameter of the package located in the upper position from that of the package located in the lower position. CONSTITUTION:The number of winding in a package 15 located in a lower position is reduced from that of a package 14 located in the upper position and the outside diameter of the package 15 located in the lower position is increased from that of the package 14 located in the upper position. Thereby, unwinding tension can be kept constant without disturbance by the package located in the upper position. |
