<p>PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and facilitate automation and stock confirmation for the device in the title by providing an automatic warehouse to store container cases for housing tableware separately according to their kinds and providing delivery conveyors to a carry-in-and-out control unit and a service room in the case of the device stated in the title, in the kitchen of hotels etc. CONSTITUTION:An automatic warehouse 32 consists of a rotary shelf 53 to store container cases for housing tableware transfer machine 54, a fixed bar-code reader 56 to read out ID cards of container cases, a destination indication panel 57 to indicate destinations of container cases to be carried in and out, a control unit 43 and the like. And the automatic warehoused 32, the service room 35 and a cleaning room 37 are connected together by means of a carry-in-and-out conveyor 33, a service room conveyor 34 and a cleaning room conveyor 36 which are arranged near the ceiling. In this constitution, such processes are carried out as to control carry-in-and-out operation of tableware from the automatic warehouse 32 and to control stock condition by using a control means 43 provided in an information control room 31.</p> |
