PURPOSE:To resolve the effect of an error influence upon an output signal by operating exclusive OR among an input signal, the preceding input signal, and the inverted signal of the preceding output signal to obtain the output signal. CONSTITUTION:An EX-OR circuit 3 operates EX-OR between an input signal 5 inputted from an input terminal 4 and an output signal 7 of an inverter 6. A correlation memory 8 holds an output signal 9 of the EX-OR circuit 3. An Ex-OR circuit 10 operates EX-OR between the input signal 5 and an output signal 11 of the correlation memory 8. An output signal 12 of the EX-OR circuit 10 is outputted to an output terminal 13 and the inverter 6. Thus, the effect of an error influence is completely resolved though error has an influence upon an error detection rate Pr twice in case of a low random error rate Pe. |
