摘要 <p>The invention relates to a process for heat treatment of granular solids, in particular of bulk materials becoming granular, as well as sludge, in which process advantageously there is no intermediate heat transfer medium used in the heat exchanger 1. The heat exchanger 1 is constructed as a vibratory apparatus with substantially mutually parallel partial channels 2, 3 and functions as a recuperative heat exchanger, hot and cold bulk material alternately flowing through the partial channels arranged beside one another. Particular advantages ensue if the recuperative heat exchanger has concentric annular channels 2, 3, in which the discharge location 6, 7 is arranged beside the feed location 4, 5 and in particular the feed of each second partial channel 2 and 3, respectively, takes place offset by 180@ via the ring, so that both the feed and the discharge of each of the two bulk-material streams takes place on in each case one side of the vibratory apparatus 1. An advantageous construction ensues if the annular vibratory heat exchanger 1 is arranged annularly around the apparatus 10 for finishing treatment. <IMAGE></p>
