PURPOSE:To improve oxidation resistance of powder from small particle diameter to large particle diameter by introducing a magnetic thin belt which is obtained by ultrarapidly cooling specific alloy into an organic solvent having volatility, and making it contain a soluble organic substance, and then pulverizing it and applying oxidation preventive treatment using a soluble organic substance. CONSTITUTION:It is pulverized in inert atmosphere in a rapidly cooled ribbon which was obtained by an ultrarapidly cooling method in alloy (T is transition metal mainly composed of Fe and Co, M is a metalloid element mainly composed of B, Si, C and Al, 0.02<=y<=0.15, 5<=z<=9) expressed by formula R(T1-yMy)z, or in an anisotropic rolled magnet which is made up using it as a material. And that powder is made to contain organic substance soluble to the organic solvent in the organic solvent having volatility, and pulverization by vibration milling, ball milling, etc., is applied, and next only organic solvent is volatilized from the pulverized powder, whereby remaining soluble organic substance is adhered to the magnetic powder which is pulverized finely, which effects the role of preventing the oxidation. Hereby, the magnetic powder becomes excellent to the oxidation resistance, and further this is similar even in small powder and it has excellent magnetic characteristics. |
