PURPOSE:To enable the maintenance, erection and operation without welding of a contact and breakdown of an element by providing a control circuit, which controls a starting command relay excitatively after a lapse of the timer hour from the turning on of a manual switch to the completion of charging of a capacitor so as to make a starting command relay contact possible to close. CONSTITUTION:When a manual switch 20 is turned on, a manual switching coil 21 is energized to open a normally closed contact 21b and close a normally opened contact 21a. As a door-round safety detecting contact 25 is normally closed, a manual detecting coil 22 is energized by using an UP button 23 and a DOWN button 24. A safety detecting coil 26 is energized by closing a manual detecting contact 22a to close its normally opened contact 26b. When a fixed time (time sufficient to complete the charging of a capacitor) of a timer 31 after turning the switch 20 on is counted and a normally opened contact 31a is closed, a starting command relay 28 is energized to close a normally opened contact 28a. Then, a brake releasing relay is energized to release the brake so that the manual operation is made possible. |
