PURPOSE:To facilitate the tuning of a receiver by detecting the frequency location of a virtual spectrum in common in plural extended harmonic wave strings and using the result as a frequency shift received by a series of signals. CONSTITUTION:A spectrum detection section 2a detects each frequency and level of the spectrum from a spectrum data. A computing element 2b selects a harmonic string including a fundamental wave of plural, e.g., two voice signals 1, 2 based on the data detected by the spectrum detection section 2a to calculate the interval of respective harmonics (PITCH1, PITCH2) and to select representative spectra (their frequencies to be referred to as FS1, FS2) representing them. Then an arithmetic section 3 calculates numerals (n), (m) satisfying the relation of equations Fs1-nXPITCH1=FS2-mXPITCH2, obtains the value of the FS1- nXPITCH1, and the result is outputted as a shift fSIFT. Thus, the tuning of the receiver is facilitated. |
