PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning agent containing a specific chlorofluorohydrocarbon as an active ingredient, having excellent effect for removing a polishing agent and exerting no bad influence on an article consisting of a metal, plastic, elastomer, etc., compared with 1,1,1-trichloroethane. CONSTITUTION:The aimed cleaning agent containing 3C chlorofluorohydrocarbon (preferable example; 1,1-dichloro-2,2,3,3-pentafluoropropane, 1,1,3-trichloro-2,2,3,3- tetrafluoropropane, 1-chloro-1,2,2,3,3-pentafluoropropane, 1,3-dichloro-2,2,3,3- tetrafluoropropane, 1,1-dichloro-1,2,2-trifluoropropane, 1,3-dichloro-2,2- difluoropropane or 1-chloro-2,2-difluoropropane) as an active ingredient, preferably at an amount of 10-40wt.% (especially 20-30wt.%). |
