PURPOSE:To obtain the subject mixture usable as a fluorocarbon substitute, having excellent dissolution and removal of flux, grease, oil, ink, etc., comprising a specific trichlorotrifluoroethane and a specific dichlorotrifluoroethane. CONSTITUTION:The aimed mixture comprising (A) 50-98wt.% (preferably 65-95wt.% 1,1,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane and (B) 50-2wt.% (preferably 35-5wt.%) 1,1-dichlorotrifluoroethane. The mixture is useful as solvent for coating compounds, extractant, stain remover, detergent for IC parts, electric devices, precision machines, optical lenses, etc., hydro-extracting agent, etc., besides a fluorocarbon substitute. |
