A device for applying cosmetic liquid for hair treatment, having a shaft sleeve to be gripped by a user, a supply element contained in the shaft sleeve to receive a cosmetic liquid for hair treatment, a mounting piece mounted in a front end part of the shaft sleeve for fastening a plurality of fibre bundle cores, such an insert of the fibre bundle cores for insertion into the mounting piece that they pass axially through said mounting piece and protrude out of it towards the front and rear, that their rear ends are inserted into the supply element for cosmetic liquid and their front ends protrude from the front end of the shaft sleeve, thus forming front parts which are covered by a cap made of materials which cannot be penetrated by the cosmetic liquid for hair treatment and cannot be destroyed by them, and having a multiplicity of comb teeth arranged in a row at a point adjacent to side parts of the fibre bundle cores.
