PURPOSE:To easily acquire the various kinds of electric properties by two kinds of materials by a method wherein different kinds or ceramic materials are respectively used to form the inner layer parts and the outer layer parts. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic green sheets 15a coated with electrode paste 13 are arranged on the innermost side; the other sheets 15a not coated with the paste are laminated on upper and lower outer sides while the other ceramic sheets 15b are respectively laminated on the upper and lower sides and then the whole body is pressure-fixed. The whole body, after baking process, is integrated into a sintered body. During the baking process, the components of the sheets 15b forming outer layer parts 5b are diffused in the sheets 15a forming inner layer parts 5a to change the electric properties of the sheets 15a held by the paste 13. Through these procedures, various kinds of electric properties can be easily acquired by the two kinds of materials. |
