PURPOSE:To enable the mixing property of double liquids to be easily controlled to a most excellent condition without removing lines and without changing parts by equipping with a plurality of nozzles, a needle provided with slant grooves, an external adjusting means connected to the nozzles and an adjusting means for variably controlling the area of conduits from the external part. CONSTITUTION:Double liquids (liquid P, liquid R) are respectively ejected from the inlet 4a of solution under high pressure and facingly ejected from an outlet 5a, and imparted a swirl force up to the vicinity of the tip of a needle 3a through grooves 3d, and then injected in spreading into a centrifugal direction from the liquid outlet 5a, furthermore, continued to be swirled. The liquid continuing to be swirled in this manner collides with the liquid continuing to be facingly injected and swirled, and mixed with each other uniformly. In order to obtain the excellent mixing property in corresponding to the viscosity of liquid and the viscous difference of double liquids, the amount of flow rate and the like, the attaching position of an external adjusting nozzle holder 2 to a head main body 1 is adjusted through angle divisions 2a and length divisions 1a so as to obtain an appropriate collision distance A. And a predetermined discharging pressure can be obtained through adjusting an external adjusting needle 3 by the angle divisions 3c and a pointer 4b. |
