PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelain composition, having a high dielectric constant and unloaded Q, capable of changing temperature coefficient of resonance frequency within a stable and wide composition range and useful for high frequency by containing BaO, PbO, La2O3 and TiO2 within a specified composition range. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric porcelain composition obtained by containing BaO, PbO, La2O3 and TiO2 and regulating the composition within the ranges of 65-77mol% TiO2, 10-19mol% La2O3 and 11-18 mol% (BaO)1/2(PbO)1/2. The dielectric porcelain composition having a high dielectric constant (epsilonr) and unloaded Q (Qu) and stable temperature coefficient (tauf) of resonance frequency and capable of changing the temperature coefficient within a wide composition range is obtained by regulating the composition to the afore-mentioned range thereof. |
