For the articulated suspension of the lamellae (10), provided with beaded borders (12, 14), of a Venetian blind on carrying members (16, 18) which are arranged on both sides of the screen, use is made of fastening members (20) which are arranged on said carrying members and are provided laterally with spherical heads (26). The beaded borders (12, 14) of the lamellae (10) contain, at the suspension point, slots (28) which are covered over by U-shaped clamps (30) which engage in a positively locking manner around the beaded borders. The clamps (30) likewise contain slots (34), which form, together with the slots (28) of the beaded borders (12, 14), receiving means for the spherical heads (26) of the fastening members (20). <IMAGE>
