<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a reproduction level by changing the tape tension at a head drum if the contact is deteriorated between a head and a tape at its out-side part of a drum post. CONSTITUTION:When a 1st gate signal is detected, a CPU 1 inputs the voltage value ENV1 of an RF envelope waveform via an A/D converter 27 together with the value ENV2 of the RF envelope waveform in a 2nd gate signal section. Then the CPU 1 calculates the supply side tape tension setting voltage TSt at a time point (t) from both EVN1 and 2. Then the voltage TSt outputted to a D/A converter 4 is supplied to a supply side tension error generating circuit 7 together with the output of a supply side potentiometer 6. Thus the difference voltage between the converter 4 and the circuit 7 is outputted for drive of a supply side reel motor. As a result, the reproduction level of the tape out-side part can be set approximately equal to the reproduction level of the tape in-side part.</p> |
