PURPOSE:To achieve coating finish of superior appearance without creases, creepings and blobbings by heating a container, before coating, up to the given temperature range in consideration of shrinking performance of a heat-shrinkable film. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical heat-shrinkable film is covered around a container, and when the film is heated, shrinked and coated closely on the peripheral surface of the container, the container is preliminarily heated up in the range of the temperature lower by 10 deg.C than the shrinkable starting temperature of the heat-shrinkable film, and at the temperature, or lower, wherein the length of shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable film is equivalent to the length of shrinkable allowance rate at the time of shrinking of the film. The allowance rate (percentage) of film = (B-A)X100/A, and A in the formula is the maximum diameter of the container, while B is the inner diameter of the film processed cylindrically at the time of coating. The excess shrinkage of the film before coating is prevented by said process, and the time required for temperature rise at the time of coating is quickened, and uneven shrinkage of film at the time of coating is prevented, a finish of superior appearance can be obtained. |
