PURPOSE:To prevent defective insulation and poor continuity by a method wherein an electrode is so formed as to detour in a plane vertical to the direction of length of the electrode so that no excess force will be imposed on the junction between the electrode and a dielectric radiating substrate. CONSTITUTION:Base signal terminal electrode 211-213, each soldered to a conductive layer 2 and a section thereof bent into a U-letter in a plane vertical to the direction of length thereof, and emitter signal electrodes 221-223, worked in the same way as the electrodes 211-213, are provided. A change in temperature causes the U-letter section to extend and absorb the tensile force in the direction of an arrow 18 in the electrode 211, which prevents an excess force from being imposed on the junction between the electrode 211 and a substrate 1. This design prevents defective insulation and poor continuity in the region whereto the electrode 211 is soldered. |
