PURPOSE:To enable the title elements to be turned into a module and a multipolar structure by a method wherein inner electrodes in different pattern structures and electrode leading-out directions are combined. CONSTITUTION:Required numbers of ceramic green sheets 15, 16, 17, 18 whereon specific inner electrode patterns 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 are laminated. Then, the other ceramic green sheets 14 having no inner electrode pattern at all are laminated above and below the former green sheets so that the whole body may be thermal-pressed to be degreased, sintered and so on for manufacturing a laminatation-pressed body. Through these procedures, the title elements can be turned into a module and a multipolar structure. |
