For injecting liquid grouting materials into concrete, rock or other structural parts, the structural parts to be grouted must be bored and the boreholes must be filled with packing. Plastic packing of conical shape is known. This packing is knocked into the borehole and due to its conicity is mostly secured only to the outer borehole margin. The subject matter of the application avoids the connection of only small area between the conical impact packing and the borehole wall and thus the associated risk of inadequate tightness at higher grouting pressures and the risk of the external concrete cover breaking out. The subject matter of the application consists of the frustoconical packing and an anchoring sleeve which is shaped in the same way on the inside, presses the packing against the borehole wall over its entire flank length by expanding forces when it is being knocked in and therefore reliably anchors it in the structure and forms a seal to prevent grouting material from flowing around it.
