PURPOSE:To improve flatness, appearance, lubricity, black paintability, and light shielding property by compounding carbon black with an intermediate layer sheet without compounding the carbon black with a surface layer sheet. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of prepreg sheets are prepd. for at least the surface layer and one sheet of the prepreg sheet is prepd. for the intermediate layer. The carbon black 4 is previously added and dispersed in the resin liquid which is the precursor of the matrix resin 2 at the time of forming the prepreg sheet used for the intermediate layer. The carbon black 4 is not added to the prepreg sheet to be used for the surface layer. The surface layers and the intermediate layer are superposed on each other in such a manner that the directions of the carbon fibers 1 alternately intersect orthogonally or nearly orthogonally with each other and are plane-symmetrical from the central surface. The superposed layers are then press-formed to a plate material. The plate material is so formed as to have 60-120mu thickness according to applications. The plate material which has the sufficient light shielding property and the good flatness and is improved in the lubricity and black paintability is obtd. in this way. |
